Rid Of Double Chin Exercises

Double Chin Exercises is one of the safest ways to lose excess fat around the chin area to use facial and neck exercises. These exercises can be done almost anywhere at any time and are excellent for people who work in front of computers all day or who are in a position where they’re slouched over a desk 8-12 hours a day. In fact you can also integrate some of these exercise programs into your gym work out. I’ll point out two particular exercises I do at the gym in order to keep my facial muscles toned in order to eliminate any chance of a fact chin.


Raise the eyebrows and open your eyes as wide as possible. At the same time, open your mouth and stick your tongue out.
Hold for 5 – 10 seconds. Repeat 3 – 5 times. Caution: If you have clicking or popping noises when opening mouth, check with your dentist before doing this exercise




Sit or stand upright. Slide your head straight back until it feels like you have a double chin. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds.

Repeat 3 – 5 times





Sit or stand upright. Slowly drop your head forward, letting the weight of the head gently stretch your neck. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds. Return to neutral posture and relax. Slowly let your head fall backward. Slowly open and close your mouth. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds. Repeat 3 – 5 times.





Sit or stand upright. Slowly drop your head to the left, trying to touch your left ear to your left shoulder. Do not elevate your shoulder to your ear – keep your shoulder in a relaxed position. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds. Repeat 3 – 5 times. Repeat on the right side.





Sit or stand upright. Slowly turn your head to the left until you feel a stretch. Hold for 5 – 10 seconds. Repeat 3 – 5 times. Repeat on the right side.






Webdesigners Note: I’m a huge fan of the third exercise. I do this before I go to sleep at night and before I start my day in the morning. I lay on my back on my bed with my head just hanging off the end and place a book on my fore head. I would then bring my chin to my chest and hold for a second and then slowly let me head hang down again.
